QoL Improvements

• Updates to tutorial
• Added steps to explain bulldozing
• Set initial hand for tutorial
• Updated tooltip to show info for the next tile to be played when not hovering over another tile
• Added preview for score gained at given position
• Made top card of the deck larger than others to better indicate what will be played this turn
